1. No Refunds Policy
All fees for services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Payments are considered confirmation of acceptance of this policy.

2. Exceptions
If Shubhcon fails to deliver agreed services due to internal errors, a partial/full refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Dispute Resolution
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.
Unresolved disputes will be subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction.
