• All consultancy and training services are delivered digitally (via email, video conferencing platforms, or learning management systems) or on-site at client locations, depending on the terms agreed upon in the service agreement.
• For online programs, access credentials or joining links will be shared via email within the agreed timeline prior to the session.
• For in-person training, date, time, and venue details will be communicated in advance and confirmed with the client.

2. Delivery Timelines

• The timelines for service delivery are as announced or mutually agreed upon at the time of engagement.
• Any changes or delays in the schedule will be communicated promptly.

3. No Physical Shipping

• We do not ship or deliver any physical goods or materials.
• All documentation, reports, and training content are provided electronically unless specifically agreed otherwise.
